Research
Research method: Heuristic evaluation and competitive analysis.
To gain additional clarity for the redesign of the website “MD under the radar” with intuitive user experience and user retention as the objective. I performed Heuristic evaluation and competitive analysis.
Key themes from research:
Visual noise because of repeated, unnecessary texts and buttons.
Inconsistent layout and color usage among different pages of the website, presents a learnability issue.
Narrow down the website from 8 pages long to 4 pages.
Primary task button at the end, loosing user due to decision fatigue by the end of the page.
